Terms & Conditions for Yoga Retreat in Thailand

1. Registration and Payment

  • Registration is binding once a 20% deposit is paid. The deposit is non-refundable, unless the retreat is canceled by the organizer.

  • Remaining balance must be paid by 1 March 2026. Full payment or installment plans can be arranged individually.

  • All prices are in Norwegian Kroner (NOK).
     

2. Cancellation by Participant

  • The deposit is non-refundable.

  • If you must cancel, your spot may be transferred to another participant for an administration fee of 500 NOK.

  • If the retreat is canceled by the organizer, all payments will be refunded in full.
     

3. Travel and Insurance

  • Participants are responsible for booking their own flights to Thailand.

  • Local transportation to and from the retreat is included and arranged by the organizer. Assistance can be provided if needed.

  • Participants must have valid travel insurance covering illness, accidents, and personal belongings.

  • Participants are responsible for completing the Thailand Arrival Card themselves. Link to arrival card
     

4. Health and Medical Considerations

  • Participants must inform the organizer of any serious health conditions relevant to participation.

  • Participation is at your own risk; the organizer is not liable for illness, injury, or loss of belongings.
     

5. Program and Instructors

  • Minor program changes may occur.

  • Instructors may be replaced in case of illness.

  • The retreat location may be moved to an equivalent venue within the same area if necessary, though this is highly unlikely.
     

6. Force Majeure

  • The organizer cannot be held responsible for changes, cancellations, or losses due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government decisions).
     

7. Photography & Marketing

  • Photos and videos taken during the retreat may only be used for marketing purposes with the participant’s consent.
     

8. Dispute Resolution & Law

  • Norwegian law applies. Any disputes should first be attempted resolved amicably before legal action is pursued.
