Linda Vidala

Yoga Teacher | Movement Guide | Sound Explorer

With over 16 years of experience, Linda offers a grounded and creative approach to yoga, meditation, and embodied movement. Trained in the Yogic Arts system in Kyoto, Japan, she guides dynamic practices blending yoga, martial arts, and Thai therapy—designed to cultivate strength, presence, and flow.


Growing up between Norway and Thailand, Linda carries a deep connection to Thai healing traditions and yogic philosophy. Alongside her yoga teaching, she offers movement classes that invite embodied awareness, creativity, and mindful exploration.


As a music designer and artist, she weaves sound, breath, and energy work into her sessions. Her classes may also include chakra healing, Thai therapy techniques, and carefully curated music to awaken the body and uplift the spirit.
