Suleman Ahmed
Yoga Guide | Movement Explorer | Facilitator of Ceremony and Inner Work
Before stepping into the world of yoga and healing, Suleman served in the Norwegian Armed Forces—fully committed to becoming an “invincible super soldier.” But years of high-intensity living brought deep physical and mental tension, making it difficult to find true rest. Yoga became his turning point: a path toward embodiment, stillness, and reconnection.
Suleman’s philosophy is rooted in presence. He believes there are many pathways to inner awareness—and that yoga, when practiced with intention, is one of the most powerful.
With a background spanning Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin Yoga, Yogic Arts, and the dynamic Animal Movement / Ido Portal Method, Suleman brings a unique mix of structure and flow to his teachings. In addition to his movement and yoga practice, he also serves as a facilitator of ceremony and inner work, guiding others into deeper connection and self-discovery.
🧘🏽♂️ His classes are clear, grounded, and supportive—offering a safe invitation to explore your edges, wherever you are in your practice.
